AS A REMINDER, the SAD (Special Assessment Districts) for Echo and South Arm Townships assessments have been lowered for 2018. Your Six Mile Lake Association Board of Directors were active and supportive in working with the Townships. Going forward, the SAD will be assessed on an annual basis. Bill Derenzy from Echo Township and Bob Christensen from South Arm Township worked together to make this happen. Please reach out to Bill and Bob and let them know how much we appreciate the good job they did!
MORE GOOD NEWS-
At the June membership meeting I presented an expansion of new membership levels that allows members to contribute above the family membership if they choose to do so. Additionally, we added a “Friends of the Lake” level. This level has no voting rights (no deeded access) but can attend events and meetings. The membership voted unanimously to move forward with implementation of these new levels. We will be launching these new levels on the website soon!
