Here is a link to the article in the Three Lake Association’s July 2011 Newsletter. Please go to page #3.
The Three Lakes Association is taking a different approach. They have contracted with Naturally, a Michigan owned company. This company uses divers and a large vacuum to remove the milfoil. I had previously seen an article in the Record Eagle about it and there is a photo of the process in this week’s Antrim Review. Has anyone looked into this procedure? The Record Eagle article had said that it was much less expensive than weevils or poison. Just wondering.
