A MESSAGE FROM YOUR SIX MILE LAKE ASSOCIATION PRESIDENT
I’m looking forward to getting back to Six Mile Lake on July 19th. Six Mile Lake is a special place for me because of the wonderful people who are friends that also care about each other. This year will be my 14th year on the lake.
It’s exciting to share with you that after many months of planning and construction, The Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy will soon open the Mary Behrens Sorrell Trail at the St Clair Lake-Six Mile Lake Nature Preserve. The event will be on August 3rd at 1pm. Light refreshments will be provided as we celebrate what we have accomplished and explore how this new universally-accessible trail will make this preserve more enjoyable for people of all ages and abilities.
The Conservancy and I want to ensure that everyone who wants to attend the event at St Clair Lake-Six Mile
Lake Nature Preserve can attend if they choose to do so.
