Dear Members,
Once again Six Mile Lake is flooding. There was four inches of rain here and many docks are floating. You would think that boaters would not be out making excessive wakes while pulling tubers, skiers, etc. and would be aware of the damage they are doing to shorelines. Our dock is off its moorings and so is our neighbor’s boat. So, be aware of what is going on here on Six Mile Lake…AGAIN. Have someone check your place. And hopefully we won’t get any more rain. And just so you know, ignorant boaters causing damage to your shoreline or property can be held liable. It is Michigan law. Please inform your renters when you are not present to be aware of the lake’s water level.
