On August 2nd, 2017, Six Mile Lake Association members Michelle and Joe Nerone, Kathy Batka, Lee Janssen, Cliff and Mary Sorrell joined Angie Lucas and Americorps members from the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy to help remove an invasive species, “Spotted Knapweed” at the Antrim Creek Natural Area on Lake Michigan. Good progress was made, but there is more to be done.
