Notice to all SMLA Members,
The March Meeting date for Echo Township has been changed from the usual Wednesday time to Thursday, March 7th at 7pm.
If Echo Township’s attorney, Bryan Graham, can get Supervisor Bill Derenzy the contract, which allows Echo Township to accept monies from the SMLA to cover expenses prior to receiving tax funds from the cost of the assessment, that will be the starting point to go forward with the resolution for the assessment. Step 2 will be to adopt the resolution to proceed with the hearings for the SAD.
