Attention Members!!
Six Mile Lake is flooding…AGAIN. It is imperative that you make arrangements to secure boats and docks many of which are floating now. This is an emergency. Six Mile Lake has had a 36 inch swing in lake level and rising now with 68 tributaries continuing to pour into the lake. The DNR park is wiped out and closed.
As of this writing PLM has just launched at Echo Twp Park and will treat the lake but Echo Twp Park will no doubt close also. Please observe no wake on Six Mile Lake until this water goes down. Tell your friends and neighbors.
We had over 4 inches of rain in just over two hours. Many properties have sustained flood damage and now our frontage is in peril. More rain is expected. Prepare please.
