Dear Members,
Saturday October 11th at 5pm at the Free Methodist Church at the south end of Six Mile Lake Rd is our annual Chili Supper and Dessert Competition. The prize for the best chili and the best dessert is a free membership to, what else, your Six Mile Lake Association! Please contact Linda via text at 231.676.7042 to sign up for either category or to help with set up. We really do need volunteers and judges for this fun event and the best part is we get to taste all the variations entered into each category. It’s our final gathering of the year and Daryl Richard’s, our resident EMT and Banks Township Fire and Rescue Captain, will be our guest speaker.
This is our last meeting of the year. It’s a winding down of a very busy summer for all of us. Your Six Mile Lake Association board has been working hard in various capacities on your behalf. It would be wonderful to have a full house of friends and members to share summer memories over hot chili and delicious desserts. Again, please contact Linda at 231.676.7042 to sign up.
