For the people that have email and even the ones that don't maybe the person in charge of the web site could make a information template.(that same form would be sent snail mail to the ones that don't have email.), (name-address-e-mail-etc). This way after the person fills in the information it could be easily put into a spreed sheet form. We also had to build it up quite a bit and have more sand fill. It cost us quite a bit more than our original plan.
